This place is great. Pizza or pasta is perfect. Lots of choices for crust, sauce, ingredients. Popular with locals. Prices are spot on. Service is always personable. They know just how to make you happy.

Pizza at this place - very good. This place is absolutely one of my favorites. Looking forward to returning with my friends. Prices are appropriate for the quality.

I am sure their pizza is fine if you get it fresh. I ordered a pizza for delivery during the Rose Bowl and figured it may be slower than usual, but that's understandable. But when I called after 50 minutes I was told that the delivery driver had left 10 minutes prior and should be at my house any moment. 20 minutes later they called me back and informed me the driver was just leaving the restaurant with my pizza. Another 45 minutes and the driver arrived at my house with an unbelievably cold, hard pizza that had clearly been sitting for more than an hour. He did give me a $3 bottle of wine as an apology (which is why they get 2 stars instead of one.) Again, I understand there are delays, but close to 2 hours is extreme and being lied to didn't make me feel like ever going back to this establishment. The pizza was so dry and hard that my kids wouldn't even eat it. We ended up just throwing it out and I made a couple of cheap frozen pizza's that were actually better at that point. Lying to your customers is not the answer. I could have saved time, wasted food and my $40 if they had just been honest with me. Now they have lost a customer forever.

Good place to grab lunch. We got the spinach pizza and it was very tasty. As were the spanokopita. Very good service and friendly staff. The pizza had medium thickness crust which isn’t usually my favorite but the toppings and the sauce tasted fresh and delicious. One star taken off for price, seemed a bit pricy for what it is.

Nachos plate is huge and delicious. Service was, as always, good and helpful. Palermo's combines the coziness of a friendly neighborhood spot with the tastiness of good Italian food and reasonable prices.
